Refund Policy |

Ambulance services are billed after services are rendered. As such, refunds for ambulance services are not possible.
Class fees will be refunded in full if the class is cancelled by the district. The district will cancel a class only if minimum participation is not met. Should this occur, registrants will be offered alternate class dates as an alternative to a refund. Registrants who fail to cancel participation in a class at least two days in advance will not be refunded their class fees but may be offered alternate class dates.
Permit and plan review fees are calculated and billed after services are rendered. Payment in full is expected when picking-up a permit. If a project is cancelled, the base amount listed for a project is the plan review fee and is not subject to refunds in accordance with Section 112.5.
